It’s that time again!

Dear Friend:

Spring is here! That means its Bocce Season!

On Saturday, June 24, 2017, The Helping Kids and Families Fund, INC (501(c) (3) tax exempt) will be sponsoring our 13th Annual N&JT “John A. Terranova, Sr.” Charity Mixed Couples Bocce Ball Tournament at the St. Ambrogio Society bocce courts to raise funds for two programs benefiting our community. It’s hard to believe but it’s been 12 successful years helping kids and families in our community!

And, in addition to the tournament, at our dinner we’ll feature

The NEW Vito Zatto Show

Be prepared to eat, drink and feeling very merry!!

This fundraising event will benefit MELD programs at Youth Services Network – for their programs helping kids from single parent households and St. Anthony of Padua Church to replenish their fund which helps families in need.  Since we started this event, the Helping Kids and Family Fund has raised over $40,000 for community organizations!

Would you be willing to donate to or sponsor our event, OR play in the Tournament?

Please take a look at our insert.  We hope we can count on your support.  Thank You.

Sincerely,

The Helping Kids and Families Fund

It’s the Holiday Season!

Thanks to all of your efforts, we have been able to support several different causes this year!  And the year is not over yet!

From our John A Terranova, Sr Memorial  Charity Bocce Tournament we again supported the programs at Rockford MELD and St. Anthony of Padua Parish.  MELD has programs supporting single moms and dads and St. Anthony has a fund we helped set up to help area families in need.

Additionally, our Board requested sending funds to the BenInspired charity in memory of Ben Johnson.  The organization raises funds to fund cancer research as well the Make-A-Wish foundation.  The Brave Bella Fund also receive our support to help defray her family’s healthcare and transportation costs as she undergoes a lengthy battle to regain her health.  We also supported the American Red Cross in their ongoing efforts helping and saving lives.

With the holiday season upon us, while we enjoy the season and our families, remember those who aren’t as fortunate and need assistance at this time.

We’ll be looking to help additional institutions so please help us out.

You can make a donation through Pay Pal by clicking the button on the right or as you shop you can use either GoodSearch, GoodShop or Amazon Smile.  Each purchase made through  these sites will end up supporting the Helping Kids and Families Fund!

Thank you again.

Happy Holidays!
